Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
These terms govern your use of the websites, desktop software, and digital books published at multiagentai.ai and its sibling sites (including jobomate.com, llm-browser.com, and mathlogiccode.com). By downloading, installing, or using any of this software or content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or content.
1. Who we are
This software and content is published by Luke Kevin McLaughlin (the “publisher”), trading as lukekevinmclaughlin-oss. Contact: support@multiagentai.ai.
2. Licence to use the software
Subject to these terms, the publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the desktop applications (including MultiAgentOS, LLM Browser, Jobomate, and Codemonkey AI) on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this limitation.
- You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Download links provided after a donation or purchase are single-use and personal to you. Do not share them.
3. Digital books and content
PDF books and other digital content (including the titles sold via mathlogiccode.com and constructinglanguage.com) are licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read them on your own devices and keep a personal backup copy. You may not redistribute, upload, resell, or share the files publicly.
4. Local-first operation
The desktop applications are local-first. They do not transmit your prompts, conversations, workspace files, browsing, or run history off your machine by default. If you choose to connect a third-party AI provider using your own API key, your requests are sent to that provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for any usage and costs incurred with that provider.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the software or content to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or deceptive communications (for example, when using Jobomate to draft and send email, you remain responsible for what you approve and send from your own account);
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to disrupt or damage any service.
6. Payments, donations, and refunds
Payments and donations are processed by Stripe. Where a download is unlocked by a donation or purchase, the publisher provides a single-use link to the relevant file. Because digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, donations and digital-goods purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a download genuinely failed and we cannot make it work for you. Contact support@multiagentai.ai if something went wrong and we'll try to help.
7. Intellectual property
The software, the books, the website content, and all related trademarks and logos are owned by the publisher or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you a licence to use them, not any ownership of them.
8. No warranty
The software and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for backing up your own data and for reviewing any output (including AI-generated drafts) before you rely on it or send it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the software or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
10. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the software and any licensed content. The sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability) continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll bump the version number above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
