Privacy when requesting support

Do not email confidential source files, recordings, identity documents, account credentials, payment-card data, or API keys. Support messages are used only to diagnose the request, reply, and improve the relevant product. See the Windows apps privacy policy.

Purchases and refunds

Microsoft processes Store purchases, licenses, and refunds. For a payment, download, or Store-account issue, use Microsoft Store support. For a product defect or feature question, contact the publisher above.

Response time

As a solo publisher, the normal target is a reply within five business days. Complex compatibility or data-recovery questions may take longer.
